HOW TO APPLY
ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS
Individuals seeking entrance into ECVSS should have completed grade six, having met the requirements for commencing grade seven. All applicants must be interviewed. Prior to the interview an application must be completed online and forwarded as directed. Additional documents must be uploaded online along with the completed application form.
APPLICATION
The following supporting documents must be uploaded along with the application for admission:
- Child’s Birth Certificate or proof of birth
- Immunisation Record
- Medical/Physical Examination
- Transcript indicating the last three years of school
- Report Cards indicating last three years of school
- One passport picture taken within the past 12 months
- One academic reference from a former educator
- One character reference from a community leader/family friend/club leader not from a school
- A parent/guardian statement explaining why you have chosen ECVSS for your child
- The child’s statement explaining why he/she selected the school
